What we're looking for
Our client is a global digital health company taking a fresh approach to healthcare delivery. They were rated one of the top places to work in their industry last year.
Our client is looking for a Solutions Architect (£40K - £46K p.a.).
This position will work semi- remotely in London. The client’s team members will collaborate in person, as needed, in shared office spaces.
This position does not offer sponsorship visas to overseas candidates
Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the client’s products, offerings, and services
- Work alongside the wider Deployment team to develop solutions for the client using the client’s software
- Understand the end-customer’s business requirements and business process and configure the client’s product suite to fulfill those requirements.
- Train customers in product suite configuration
- Support customers in the subsequent implementation of the configuration
- Support Project Managers in the delivery of customer projects
- Act as a bridge between the Product team and the customer to ensure that any functionality works for the customer.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the product
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience delivering customized software to clients in a project environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Technical understanding of software and software configuration
- Understanding and experience of how to interrogate relational databases
- Comfortable interacting with customers at all levels within their business
- Ability to think both analytically and creatively to resolve problems
- Experience in working with Software as a Service
- Experience and knowledge of HTML, CSS and MySQL (preferred but not mandatory)
